We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local courier services.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that delays caused by customs procedures or courier services are beyond our control.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
